Isn't that the sad truth. But I am curious as to who these "volunteers" are?... office runners? It's really unfortunate that the SEC cannot use the services of certain bashers. Ones that they can develop a close relationship with. One's who have proven themselves as credible and reliable. I just can't imagine any better researchers than some of the basher's I've met in the past year. And they already work for free! I've learned to not argue with the bashers and look to the company for answers. For some reason this seems to be a difficult task for most investors, but if you realize that the company is the one making the claims, why should they not also be the ones to provide proof for these claims. Such a simple solution. Emotion and greed drive the world of the BB market, and not intelligence.

Well, it is a pity, but I think the reason has to do with legal liabilities and other legal issues. Just as Jill, the SI webmaster, won't tell you what, if any action, is taken against someone you report for a TOS violation.
