You are mistaken. Rosen actually was the largest seller of CPQ stock in the past year, selling 500,000 shares last November. Pfieffer, on the other hand, hasn't sold a share in at least the last 2 years. In fact, I don't believe he has ever sold a share since his promotion to CEO, although I can't confirm that right now. As of the time of Pfeiffer's dismissal, he held 10mm in the money options for CPQ shares. Those options have been accumulated for the most part over the past 2 years.
