John -- When you consider the original terms of the discussions with TTV, with RB being kept on as Chairman while relinquishing CEO/President duties to KS, it may be that your wish to "see that bubble-bellied boob corporately emasculated before I put my money or efforts on the table again" may have been met. Now he's been downgraded to just a director -- which is a minimal face-saving position for him. Since KS will appoint the other board members, it looks as if RB's potential to screw things up should be very limited. Let's hope his "consultant" assignments and fees for same are also nominal. Your story of missed opportunity is a sad one. Is there any chance to re-start the process? Bill
