<<A great strategic profit plan is needed not layoff's.>> I agree but the street is demanding some blood and it should not be difficult to pare back 5% especially with the addition of the Systemhouse group. There has to be a lot of overlap and duplication. If billable positions are not available or people do not wish to relocate to take advantage of these opportunities then there really is no option. In a global economy, productivity gains are an absolute must to improving margins as pricing power has been significantly impacted.
