Time will tell on the details. I assume because $19 million was the cash payment, that the rest was equity. This is pretty typical in these types of deals. Personally, I wouldn't be unhappy with $37.5 million in cash because it would mean $7+ per share, but my guess is that ALU's share will be worth far more than that. I've made a practice of buying ALU on weakness and selling into strength and have done very well. I expect a hype/news release piece from their IR company in the near future and then the stock will take off again. As far as management, if you read the 10K, management are the shareholders. They'll do what's best for themselves, which is fine with me.
