Listened to the conference call with Tom Lewis, CEO, and Ron Edmonds, CFO. Was reassured about my initial investment and about doubling it this morning. Said they just opened their third center. Says that most of the rest will be opened by end of Q2 and all by the end of Q3 (12 total). Says he is not concerned with Visx delivery; they're a high priority since they ordered 12 systems. Delay was auditors uncovered a problem in allocations made over the past 4 quarters. The numbers have been corrected. Assured that he will stay on top of things and that no other irregularities will occur. OHSIE will go away in several days. NASDAQ added it with late filing of 10K. Said they are still on track for analysts estimates of .45 for 1999 and .60 for 2000. Credit line at 32MM of the $50MM. Maybe someone can provide more comprehensive notes. Joe
