Thalidomide, ASAP, in my opinion.... while you're looking for agents with specificity. This would entail finding an innovative oncologist, but it should be "doable". I would also recommend that he go out right now and find some green tea. I also believe that, somewhere in the world, one can purchase green tea capsules.
