Phase 1 is not so expensive and yet it takes time. Phase 2 is a bit more costly. but this is why Pharmos is waiting for a partner. Their CFO is very carefull in the way they manage their resources.
As Alrex and Lotemax sales increase they will have more cash.

As for how and what will happen we need to wait for the partnering agreement and what type of payment it provides, and who is going to pay for phase 3,etc.
