D. Taylor, it's a bit like the NHL isn't it? When the ref isn't looking anything goes. Hold, interfere, hook, trip,..... and when he's looking it's the old - "I'm not doing anything wrong"

Interesting comment on CNBC regarding Goldman pulling an"initiated coverage" announcement regarding Priceline.com. It seem that while Goldman was not an underwriter of the company, they are a dealer in the company and are therefore not allowed to announce "initiated coverage" for at least 25 days following the underwriting.Their 25 days ends Monday and Goldman says it released in error.
I wonder if those same rules apply to the market makers in a new listing such as Bids?
