FDA Approval: I don't think there can be any truth to that rumor. They aren't, to the best of my knowledge, trying to get FDA approval since the FDA controls drugs and foods. They don't need it. What they are trying to get is medicare approval. If they get this, hold on to your shares. They haven't had much success in the past regarding medicare, however, so I'm not keeping my hopes up. There are three phases to get the medicare approval. They passed the first two, but are waiting for approval from the third stage. They had expected notification a couple months ago, but didn't receive it. It's been awhile since I've heard from Jack Paller, but last time he said that he's got his lobbyist(s) working on getting an answer. Jack has been, so far, inaccessable today. As you can expect, he's been spending a lot of time on the phone today. -Tom
