vic--- I agree with 99.9% of the address,,, the part that says we may never know what went wrong --- all the things mentioned need addressed,,, Rosen needs to know everything that went wrong... he cannot fix it if he does not know is broken. The easiest PART of a fix is the excess employees,, a tap on the shoulder and you begin saving money..

victor... Today marks the 2 week anniversary of the earnings warning bomb that was released by CPQ. Someday that warning will be forgotten, the shortfall will be ancient history, and CPQ will be back over 30. When that will be is anybody's guess. One month of Q2 is over and I'm sure things at headquarters are in total disarray. Coming up with anything better in Q2 than in Q1 is, imho, doubtful. If the market corrects, CPQ goes to the teens. Til then, I hang on by my fingernails. Not a very pleasant scenario. El
