Ericsson Still Being Ericsson>

• According to Bloomberg, Ericsson Inc. and SBC Communications Inc.'s Pacific Bell subsidiary have been sued for allegedly
infringing on patented technology that Ericsson uses in its cellular phones and other products. Digcom Inc. claims it holds the

said that Ericsson improperly used the technology in its GSM products.
