dwlima - you are one of the stereotypical, self-righteous SOBs that I usually ignore. But, I for one, am glad you shorted DEMP so I could grab some of those bucks you worked so hard to make. (why else would you post here re: DEMP?) I am glad to help make that large chip on your shoulder even larger. Toodles!

Moby.

Hey dwlima, with that logic, perhaps you should be institutionalized. It shouldn't take you two weeks of dd before buying DEMP.

Re: Anthony and DEMP... we're not bitter, are we?

I understand your hesitation about DEMP. For that reason, I chose NOT to buy it when Anthony recommended it. I was extended too far in other areas and felt it somewhat too risky. Too bad, because I could have just traded it short term like many did.

If you felt it was a "piece of garbage," why did you buy it? You accuse the thread of following along and yet you went against your research (which delayed your entry and cost you points) and bought anyway.

You are apparently upset with your trade. Understood. Don't draw invalid conclusions about Anthony, however. Go back and research his call. See the monthly summaries of his track record. As far as accusing him of front-running, I have had better entries than Anthony on more than one occasion after simply acting on his call and beating him to market, so I think you're off base on that point. He can still act as a market maker and is subject to the laws prohibiting front-running.

Anthony's tips:

Maybe I am a phony, but don't tell that to my stock account. I am up over 400% since I started following this thread at the start of Jan. I did have several losses, however. That included three stocks that I was long in. How well have you done this year?? My target for the year is 1000% profit. And yes, I do relay on his tips. My biggest $$ gain was from a play learned from him, but he did not recommend it.

DWLIMA - It's obvious you didn't do your DD.
If you read the earnings release you will see that DEMP earned more money in the recent qtr then last years qtr when you back out income from extraordinary items from last years earnings. Thus, last years qtr was a loss of .05 compared to a gain of .04 in the current qtr when looking at earnings form continuing operations. In my book, that is a growing company. Also, the internet can only help at this point. Next time you take so long to do your DD and the stock is up 45% maybe it's not such a bargain. Best of luck to you.

DWLIMA - Not to add salt to the injury--
but as you were buying I was on the selling side. I will be buying back now. It's probably best for you to hold on. Best of luck.

I'm sorry, your post is ridiculous. Your mischaracterization of Anthony is equally ridiculous and very irritating.

There are a lot of gamblers and scamsters trading stocks on the net, and I don't blame you for being suspicious. But Anthony is in a different class entirely. He is not a gambler, he is a seasoned professional whose hit rate is the highest many of us have ever seen. He also tells the truth, which is so rare on the 'net that a lot of people don't recognize it when they see it. He has also been sharing his expertise for free, and the reason so many of us are defending him is we've been lining our pockets based on his skill and generosity for months.

He doesn't have a "hot hand". Gamblers have hot hands. Anthony has skill and knowledge. Review his public trade posts over the last 3 months and tell me you've got a better percentage, or you've even seen someone who has. (Despite the fact that he posts these before he trades, and they frequently become very crowded due to lurkers piling on.)

Do yourself a favor, take as much time doing DD on Anthony as you did on DEMP. Then don't take an entry point 50% higher than his stated limit. Several of his picks this month have left ample time for entry. You could have bought LWIN all day below his entry point (13 5/16) the day he picked it.

And don't whine when one trade goes the wrong way. Grow up. Nobody but market manipulators can predict the future. Anthony's instructions about taking small percentage positions are meant to protect from too much pain on any one trade, if it goes the wrong way.

Open your eyes, or go away. Your choice.

======BIG OT TO DWLIMA=======

Have you checked your meds lately. Maybe your dosages should increase. I know of this great Doctor. I think his name is Kevorkian. I think he could help you out or at least help US out.
Typical shitty EE MBA. Strategy consultant. HAHAHAHA. If you are a consultant, you sure do not show the polish, manners, or intelligence it takes to make a living for very long.
Let me get this straight, you drag your ass, then buy a stock late, get smoked, sell at a loss, and then bitch. You my friend are why they almost banned Engineers with MBA's from trading.
To prove my veracity I admit that the only stock I have traded on Anthony's advice is DEMP. I jumped in and out the other day from 8 15/16 to 9 3/8 because I had missed the run and figured earnings might hurt it a little. I have made very little in actual dollars but have been warned away from 2 other stocks because of this thread. How many stocks have you stayed away from on the advice of Anthony? Admit the truth and then grow up you chump.

Sorry you guys had to see this but I felt it had to be said,

David

DWLIMAL: Re: Your slam on Anthony

...wow...how charming...how smart...how intelligent you seem...NOT!

not a lemming...not interested in making a buck....not a follower...

Wait.... is this your way...of loving him??...when you lost a little money?......is this your way...of "not being fake"...

Get a life....work for a living...and stop relying on others for the "big stock tip of the century"...

stop whining...and crying about less than a $1 loss...

The "ignore" feature was invented for the likes of you...and rest assured...that even though you think.....we all are waiting for your responses......more of us use it...than not.

I wouldn't trust you to remember to put the toilet seat back down....go crawl back under your rock...your first appearance here...was quite enough.....

You don't need to read this thread.....it is not a requirement...so lay off........and go lick your own wounds.....we won't...we have bigger concerns to worry about....(and do you have any idea what that is!)..

"Lead, follow or get out of the way...." yep...you are in the "get out of the way" category....

We need people who can contribute to the solution....not add to the problem....... Get rehabilitated.....or get lost....

we will not tolerate...baseless and unfounded attacks against Anthony...when our experience with him "on a daily basis" has proven your comments to be totally baseless...and idiotic...the blabbering of spoiled and jealous child

frown......Mary (who has wasted enough time....even bothering to respond to this lunacy)

Hey, Jackass;
I have been only trading for about the last 12 months and I have recently done very well. By the way, I do have a very successful career along with owning 15% of a 10 million dollar company. The point is, I have been watching this thread for some time, and have been very "profitable" following Anthony's advice. I also read other peoples threads and advice, and none have had such quick results as Anthony's. You sound like a bitter man who is very lonely. You also sound like the type of guy who doesn't have very many friends.I probably will not go to the seminar of Anthony's, but I am grateful for the knowledge and information, that he has been willing to share. By the way, I purchased DEMP when he first recommended it at $7.00, then sold it a few days later (Wednesday) for $9.25. I made over 25% return on my investment in just over a week. I have not had the privilege of meeting Anthony one on one, so I can't say he is a wonderful person for sure. What I do know is that he seems to have a very good grasp of the stock market and has helped MANY people by sharing his research information. Another example is LWIN, I purchased that when he first recommended it for $13.50 (Monday) and sold it 2 days later for $25.00 (Wednesday). Again I made out well thanks to Anthony! By the way if you read this Anthony, please take this as my way of saying THANK YOU for your advice and I hope someday I will get to meet you one on one. And dwilima, get a life or at least stop being such a D@*k!

California Dude!
