Don, A bit dated. It doesn't include the great news of IBM losing $89 million or Gateway's decent showing, assuming the accounting isn't faked. But the concept is still right on. Intel's numbers, combined with AMD's inability to produce, show declining pc sales. Compaq's and IBM's revs were off slightly from the 4Q, but not as dramatic as the Intel sales would indicate. Then, when you look at motherboards and chipsets, where they dominate, you have to expect some rotten numbers from somebody besides Compaq.
