Thank you!!!! It is so refreshing to hear from someone other than REW and Marty willing to call the company and report back their findings. This is what I call Due Diligence and I too am "perfectly comfortable with all that has happened". I appreciate your candid report.

Suzanne: Thank you for taking the time to ask the right people the right questions. And thank you for sharing with us...

Suzanne....

Thank you very much for taking the time to voice your concerns
directly to Paul Henry.

Thank you also for sharing your answer on the thread.

Per your comments, you noted:

"...He added, however, that if a group of shareholders got together and asked Gordon to remove the agreement, he may do it...."

"...It seems to me that adding a 5th person the board would strengthen the group and provide more balance. If that person were Marty Frankel, I believe shareholder confidence would go up...."

Do you (or any one else who reads this thread)have any insights or ideas as to how we as shareholders should collectively voice our opinions on these two matters above?

Did Henry note when and if there would be a share holder meeting?
This would seem like an appropriate time to raise these issues.

Or should there be a letter circulated, and should we obtain signatures.

I am also very glad to read that you now are satisfied regarding the current outright holdings of Gordon

"...But Mr. Gordon's outright ownership of 14 million shares total is not inappropriate in my opinion...."

Thank you again for your sane and rational approach to addressing these concerns of your's and mine as well.

Sincerely,

ztect

Thanks, Suzanne, for your trouble and forthright answers. All in all the news is pretty good. Personally, I would love to see those 26.6M shares retired. Then, if 1/2 the PP was not needed and the rest was converted at a reasonable price, we could see about 35M shares eliminated from the OS total. That would be great, IMO.

Thanks Suzanne for your DD and posting to the thread. Now hopefully we can put the RG share issue to rest and move forward. At this point in time and understanding the situation I am OK with RG's 14MM share count.

I too would like to see Marty on the BOD if Marty is inclined.

All Good Regards;

Paul
