Intel sells silicon. And the major potential buyers are:
1) PCs
2) Telecom
3) Consumer electronics
4) Settops and "convergence" products
and others such as autos...

Intel does well in #1.
Intel just bought Level 1 so it could compete in #2.
Who needs a Pentium in #3 or #4??? Intel's RISC processors don't seem to be doing too well in #3 & 4.

Hey, maybe INTC needs CUBE to compete in #3 and #4. ZiVA, AViA, settop graphics, DVxpert, etc.

Be careful about your assumptions regarding Mr. Wick. Remember - Mr. Wick has friends whom also manage funds - very large funds. They all tend to have dinner together and swap ideas.

Capital markets - for the most part - are brutally efficient.
