Great post....the sooner this is over with, the sooner Aber shareholders can file the class action....just for how many hundreds of millions will depend on the valuations, grade and tonnage.....the class action could be filed early and without prejudice, subject to bulk sample results......the irony is that Aber shareholders will have to hold the stock to get a settlement....and maybe the downside share price risk is higher than any potential director's liability insurance settlement.....I would probably just sell and move on....
