Even you don't believe that. The UN had no mission in Kosovo or Yugoslavia. So we can't be carrying it out. The UN defines what its mission is. Not Nato. Your argument is akin to the felon saying "well, I knew that bank was cheating the government, and it deserved to have its money taken away, but the government was stopped by civil libertarian commie pinkos so I was just acting for the goverment and carrying out its policy and that's why I robbed the bank, so I should get a medal, not go to jail."
