Am I rich??? riday April 23, 4:35 pm Eastern Time Company Press Release ClassicVision Signs Letter of Internet for Construction of Major Manufacturing and Medical Facilities RANCHO MIRAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 23, 1999--ClassicVision Entertainment Inc. (OTCBB:CLVE - news) President Stephen Nemergut announced today that the company has, as of this date, signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Gercor Management Company Inc. The LOI calls for a joint venture between ClassicVision and Gercor to fund and build both a manufacturing plant and a geriatric prison facility. By the terms of the LOI, this project is to be a fifty-fifty partnership between ClassicVision and Gercor unless Gercor is successful in obtaining $100,000,000 in bank financing, currently under review. Should this financing be obtained by Gercor, ClassicVision will be a 25% partner in the joint venture. Nemergut went on to state that he has had a follow-up meeting with Advanced Video Fluoroscopy & Nuclear Imaging Inc. concerning the Letter of Intent signed with ClassicVision on March 26th.
