MythMan, as an occasional entrails peeper, I found CNTO chart interesting: Fundamentals are quite strong with strong revenue and profit growth. Valuation is high but given the growth and Phase II results of a new drug, ignore this factor. -g- Now, there is a rumor of take-over, which I think is plausible.

As with TA: During the worst sell-off in September CNTO went down to 31 (down from a high of 52) and then it did a zig-zag reversing at 43 each time. Since December it set a double bottom at 35. But look at the volume on these double bottoms (integrated volume.) December volume is much higher than the April volume. I interpret this as sellers are exhausted. Resistance is 43-45 level and once this is taken, new highs and further highs are PoC. IMO.
Usual caveats: When market is doomed, people look at it with entirely different outlook.
I bought some Jan 35 calls. I will add more on weakness.

I appreciate the take of other entrails people on this chart. Let me know if you agree or disagree with me.
