*AV*-- Tech Master - I am not sure what possesses you to take these cheap shots at me. "Pay for View" is unwarranted and is an inappropriate comment directed at me. You did not see me come on line and make a rude comment about you posting of the CELN news release without any formal explanation accompanying it. I recivev a great deal of private mail from people here that I try to keep current on. I answer as many questions as presented to me on this forum as I can. Do not berate me because of the newsletter I created for those individuals that saw value for some of the research and timely opportunities I can uncover. Do not tell me that you do everything for free and that you do not generate income from other sources. I have an obligation to my subscribers first but still have a great desire to participate more on Stock Swap. However, there are not enough hours in the day. And believe me, that is not a cliche' I use freely. My day starts at 7am MDT to determine what I do at the open. From there I am watching the tape and preparing insights for the readers. At 2pm MDT my day begins and I spend the next 12 hours preparing the newsletter each day for the subscribers. That means, on a good day, I get to bed at 2-3 am. I am lucky to get 4 hours of sleep during the week. Exactly when do you think I should get real active on Stock Swap. My particpation on Stock Swap will be limited until I can get more efficient with the newsletter. I am getting help doing this but what I provide is of high enough quality that it is well worth the price and the time I psend on it. However, this is a very biased opinion. In retrospect, I do not know if I would have proceeded with the newsletter if I realized how obsessive compulsive I would become in trying to provide everything that I can on a daily basis. Besides, at least once a week or every two weeks, I do update a free website with a current issue for viewing. Anyone has access to it. I guess I am offended by your comments since you want everyone to believe that I have deserted this thread and that I refuse to share opportunities for free. I did not. I shared a great deal of my expertise over the past years here and many people have become more savvy and made a good deal of profits. There were losses also. They have been able to take all of what they learned here and put it to good use. I thought I was helping people "learn how to fish" and that I was not required to "provide fish" forever. I have never consciously blown anyone off and try to keep current on my private mail. Admittedly, I am 2-3 weeks behind on the private mail here and will take care of it by day's end. Everyone has a reason for subscribing or not subscribing but I have never used it as a criteria for responding to any questions presented to me. And as a formal response to the pay for view, everyone here was given an opportunity to come on board for 50% of the current cover price. As a matter of fact, I would like to extend that offer but at a 20% discount to you or anyone else till the end of this week. Yes, this is a blatant plug for the newsletter but it would not have occurred if you had not made your erroneous pay for view comment. The table below lists just April's documented exits and the profits presented. All can be validate by contacting any subscriber. However, we want you, Tech Master, to take the profits and cut them in half and then double the losses to calculate the return on $1000 investments. you do the math and then you decide what prevented you from making one of the best investments in market research this year. On $1000 per trade and doubling the losses, you come up with a loss of $2030 for the month of April. Taking half of the gains, we come up with a figure of $4334 for April. Looking at the 29 round trips, we assign $40 per round trip even though trades can be done as cheap as $7 and probably average $15. Therefore, commissions were $1160. Adding all of these together, we get an out flow of funds of $3200 ($3190 to be precise) and an in flow of profits of $4300 ($4334 to be precise). This means a $1000 net gain or doubling you money for the month. But wait, we did enter some of these prior to April. Therefore, we want you to consider this year to date profits. This is not a bad portfolio gain, doubling the portfolio each 4 months. Of course, this is just one data point and the only datapoint so far. The final comment is that the portfolio probably needed $50,000 in it. We may have had up to 50 positions open at any given period of time. Therefore, this would have tied up $50K of funds as we rotated in and out of stocks over the past 4 months. Therefore, we are probably looking at a $50K profit so far this year. Deduct the cost of the newsletter and you now have the price of the newsletter returned over the past 4 months and then some. Throw in Capital Gains taxes and we will say you are net even for the year with the next 8 months producing the gravy. This is the most negative way to look at what we have accomplished. Pay for View, my Aunt Tillie!!!!!, Unless you mean these people are getting paid to view the newsletter these days<GGG>. And by the way, people were given a heads up on Fore systems over the past few weeks. These comments yielded hige returns for those that made the correct entry decision. Same holds true for the COMS comments we made late last week. We even made a case for NETA after its recent collapse. If I have time, I come home to my first love, here. I have not chosen to desert this thread but have been forced, due to time constraints, to just read and answer private email questions. We know you can afford this newsletter and our readers know how valuable it is. Anyone who wished to purchase and could not make the upfront payments were allowed to comwe up with alternative payment terms. When I can juggle both things along with family, I will be more active. However, until that time, John Westman hit the nail on the head. Let's get back to helping each other and using this forum to create more informed investors and to help each other profit. I was and am an enabler here and not the preacher on the pulpit. I have gotten a great deal of valuable inputs from others in this wonderful community. And since you are one this "pay for view" kick, here is your personal "table scrap freebie". We are starting to do our work on DPAC and may decide this may be a good idea to consider. Andrew BTW-Since we are in a wait and see mode, have our LLTs in place, and are allowing our profits to run, we actually have some free time before the market closes to actually participate here.
