My objectives are probably different than yours - you are much more active as a trader than I am. I just watch most of the time waiting for the movement to whack out one way or the other (as shown in the TA). While I use Amazon an other net stocks to learn more about evolving Internet e-commerce, trading is just a part-time thing. I don't like betting in Vegas - it's a great place to enjoy the entertainment, lay out by the pool, and "people watch" because it's all subsidized by the losses of the gamblers (traders). But if Vegas offered the sort of odds that the stock market does I would bet every chance I got.

Another opportunity will likely shape up within 2-3 more weeks. The crecendo is being reached right at the height of the Spring rally phenomena and before the summer tech stock doldrums. The good earnings period will be mostly over by the end of next week. Then maybe I will do something with AMZN or whatever stocks show up best in the TA. Going short will continue to be something to do only as being against the grain of a wildly exuberant market.
