Hmm, this is strange. With a quick glance, I couldn't find this apparent cross. If it is indeed a cross, then that is not a problem. This is normal and generally indicates a sale between their own clients or even themselves buying/selling to a large client.

If they instead meant an overall acquisition of 108700 shares at an average price of $9.03, that can make sense. This might be what they meant, since you can't trade at $9.03 anyhow.

Their net buy for yesterday was 105,600 shares.

Bought: 274500 shares (avg price of 11.13)
Sold: 168900 shares (avg price of 11.57)
