Vlad, Yes I understand about muse/alibra package. There was discussion before on the thread that Vivus had bargaining card up sleeve to sell Alibra to pharma other than Astra or Janssen. It seems to me that there would be terrible egg on face for Astra if this happened. The power of this card is increased with Vivus' apparent turnaround and 'less likely to go bankrupt' situation. It would be really quite bad for Astra and Janssen....surely they must have negotiated some kind of pact with Vivus already about this. DaiS
