I don't buy this market awareness argument. Just because there are more competitors, there won't be more awareness. Everyone who needs a domain name knows he/she needs it - there is nothing to be not aware of.

Market remains the same irrespective of number of competitors. NSOL can call them "customers" if they want to, but they are going to share the same pie.

NSOL's success depends on how well it utilizes its current position to build other value added service businesses. That's the only growth opportunity I see.
