We are a sacraficial lamp in this deal.

actually so is lcos. neither lcos or tmcs have are where they would be as the internet frenzy has continued, and instead have gone down in price. lcos also did not do any favors for their shareholders.clearly usai shareholders will be the winner if the deal is approved. it does feel like we are in the dark.

Believe me, if not for Diller, this stock would have been in the 80s now. This is why this deal sucks horseshit.

this may be low, but we will never know until the deal dies.

Thanks Byron for that explanation. The deal does suck when one looks at it that way (and it's probably the only way to look at it) and if that's how the street sees it, well I guess, we're stuck in 34-42 trading range. I still feel this thing could bust loose, but it just may take the deal to not go through.
