JJ, you and Flodyie have been lazy. There is work to be done re Emmett Larkin (MM symbol LARK) the clearing firm behind all this. It is a San Francisco, CA based clearing firm that just also happen to clear for that crim de la crim, TRAV. Note also that the web page for Swiftrade also says that the trades may be Executed and cleared by LARK. Pretty tight relationship, eh?

Note that very conveniently, LARK does not have a lending program. This goes a long way to explaining the buy in BS that has been goin on with ZSUN. No lending program is almost always indicative of a den of thieves clearing operation. Watch LARK squirm when the Bear Stearns/AR Baron case gets settled with the SEC/Manhattan DA.

Additionally, my sources tell me that 1) It (LARK) is for sale (has been on the market for at least 1/2 year) and 2) that ownership may not be that which has been disclosed to the NASD and in fact may be offshore Chinese held. Just a hunch, but if #2 is true, then what do you think the chances that our ZSUN friends in HK are somehow involved?

All of the above is admittedly hearsay and may just be me opinion. But, it sure does seem interesting doesn't it?
