the pool of funds seems a tad high. all those day traders explains why the unemployment rate is so low imo.

i agree- pool of funds seems too high..most of people I know with several hundred thousand in their online accounts are retired, highly educated people who trade infrequently and are likely to be holding a large percent in fixed income investments.

moves like IBM didn't come from day traders!
