Heinz, Don: None of us really know how things are going to play out in the future. But I believe that guys like Harry Dent and some of the other futurists are on to something when they make claims of DOW 36,000. One of the best market timers around is Don Wolanchuk, who also happens to be one of the few elliot wavers that has pegged this market advance for over ten years is calling for DOW 60,000 some time into the future. Of course with the typical 20-30% corrections along the way. So in the grand scheme of things I believe our challenges are going to be finding the CORRECTIONS before they happen. Not a long drawn out bear market similar to 1929 and beyond. Just my opinion. SO
