Piranha,

Waterhouse only charges 1 comish per order, no matter how many partial orders. They even charge 1 comish after I revised the price of a partially filled order. However, the $12 charge only applies up to 5K shares.

3dfx Makes Silicon Valley 150

The San Jose Mercury News has a list they call the "Silicon Valley 150" which is "a statistical ranking of the 150 largest public companies in the area." 3dfx went from being off the list in 1997 to becoming #92 in 1998. Also, they ranked #1 in terms of sales percentage gains with an increase of 359.7%. Lots of info on the list can be found on this page and the pages linked off of it:

sjmercury.com

This page is the one that shows 3dfx as #1 in sales percentage gains:

sjmercury.com

Unfortunately, I have no idea when this list was published, since I couldn't find any dates on the site.
