On the technology question, I believe that PC133 is the absolute limit of that SDRAM technology. I doubt whether PC133 will work reliably on a warm (or cold) day, or if the wind is in the East. It simply isn't possible to keep the signals in the wires at higher speeds unless you move to a system with tightly controlled impedance, and proper termination on each and every line. The only way that works, I'll say that again the only way that works, is the Rambus way, with all the devices spread along a terminated transmission line. Its fundamental physics. if they have patent protection on that, then nobody can touch them and their technology must win in the medium term. Ian
