somehow we have a lot of folks confusing buying a shell company to get a quick seat on the NAZ and becoming a "net in a box", with being a real NASDAQ internet stock that has come in thru the front door after having proved they have something to invest in (i.e., AMZN,YHOO,EBAY,DCLK,VIGN)

Doesn't the excerpt to which you refer pertain only to a small portion of the option plan?

Specifically only that per an agreement made in April of last year and only for the "Executive"...
