peacelover, forget antitrust in this situation, it just doesn't apply. I've got a little legal background.

Taken from RB:

I'm amazed that with all the talk of late delivery of CD's and how we will
be treated when Amazon controls Valley Media that there is no mention
of Moneybaggs visit to the Irvine
office and his conversation with Bob Carter. Wake up folks! SI pay
attention!

I spent about 45 minutes with the General Manager, Bob Carter. We
chatted in his
office, and then he gave me a tour of the building. During the course of
our
conversation, it came out that this was not just the PhotoCard division,
but that their
plans are also to use that facility as the fulfillment center for the music
CD's.

My understanding is that the Irvine fulfullment center will not be
wherehousing or storing the
250K titles. This facility is for the packaging and shipping of the CD's.
There are several
sources for TSIG to get whatever CD's they need from suppliers
locally.
