I have been buying stocks since the early 1950's and was a NYSE broker for over 16 years And IMHO - the "vast majority never is or CAN BE correct except for VERY SHORT intervals!!! Don't follow me...But you might want to read - "Popular Financial Delusions by Robt. L. Smitley...and "The Crowd" by Gustave Le Bon...among others.
