That's funny. I was talking with Chirag Amin of Internet Stock News on Yahoo chat about 3 weeks ago. They have weekly chat meetings. I asked him about BII and he said it wasn't that great. I guess he finally realized how great BIDS really is.

As interesting is what you can glean from the disclaimer at the bottom of the newsletter, where they list the holdings: at 40,000 shares, BIDS is the biggest single holding in measured in unit quantity. They're pretty confident in this one, even if they bought in at the low: 40,000 * 9 is $360,000 (CDN)!
