Now wait just a minute, George. I'm not on management's side in this. I'm just not persuaded a protest of the sort you propose will amount to anything. I can hear them even now, snickering in the Bermuda board room as they count your fourteen and a half votes against employing an accountant.

If you will recall, I was just about the only one here opposed to the Bermuda move. My concern was, and remains, that Bermuda law is not friendly to shareholders. See? Xoma is now spelling their damn reports in Bermud-ese! "Bye-laws" indeed. Apparently Bermuda law requires corporations to use limey orthographics. What next? Stock quotes in metric?
