Sales Online Direct (PAID) is a reporting company. They used to be Security Resolution advisors (actually I think they just purchased the shell?) If you go to the edgars and lookup under Security Resolution Advisors (SRAD) you will see 20 or so various filings for them, with plenty of info on PAID.
