Hey guys, I don't own this stock or even follow it. I just wanted to check on what Francois and Floyd are up to here, but when I see blatant nonsense I feel compelled to respond. NO, a change in corporate secretary is NOT necessarily a significant corporate event. As an attorney, I have occasionally acted as the corporate secretary of clients of my law firm, although I was never an "insider" and never participated in the company's business. If there is one corporate title that may mean nothing, it's Secretary. You may assume that a Vice President or Treasurer is an important officer, but a change in either would still not necessarily be press release-worthy from a disclosure standpoint. I am not expressing any view as to the merits or lack of merit of ZSUN, since I know very little about the company. OK, as you were.
