No, I do not believe it necessarily will have any ramifications one way or another regarding the name change from a business point of view. In the long run, it is one additional step away from the stigma it has as CIGI.

My point is regarding accurate disclosure to shareholders and investors alike of what is going on exactly. We all have suffered because what is released is not accurate with some company in the past, and by staying on top of it now and understanding the situation, the good and the bad, there will be less surprises in the future which makes for safer investing.

Does anyone know the name of the auditors?

Would this be bad for MAXNET? Even if there was litigation, and
a ruling was issued stating that MAXNET had to change their name what's wrong with that - it happens all the time. I'm very interested in what your point is. I want to know all pertinent facts.
