Tunica -- I hate to be the one to break the news to you, but that article you posted is plain wrong -- it was debunked a long long time ago, right after it came out -- the actual speech said NOTHING about what Mr Bartash claimed he said, so if you are relying upon that article I would advise you to take a look at his actual speech. The link is on the ATHM thread around the time that article came out.

Mr Armstong said people can have access to other ISP's but they will have to go through their pipes (ATHM) -- nothing new there. Who will pay the extra $10=20 for AOL after paying the $40 to ATHM for net access already.
