Had it not been for the PR, this stock likely would have closed near the day's low of 13.50. USAB must, at minimum, fill last Monday's gap at 10 7/8 before it has a chance to move to new highs. Frankly, I would not be surprised if it retraces to 8 3/8 to fill the previous day's gap. To confirm my opinion, consult a TA expert, cab driver, or tea leaf reader. You widows and orphans can thank me later for this word of caution.
