Ken, I sold 1/2 of my long position at 30 this morning. LPGL may not go down as easy as you think though. Another one of its investments, Continuous Software, just filed an S-1 today. LPGL owns 1.08 MM shares, or about 15% before the offering.

With its new investor friendly disclosure policy in place, I expect LPGL to make an announcement on Monday regarding Continuous Software's IPO filing.
