Thanks for your comments on FLC. For the record, I believe in its longterm value and hope to be in for more of the ride.

However, I've essentially consolidated my holdings in preparation for coming back in big on one horse when I feel the time is right, while also reserving the option to spread some of my profits onto one or more of the smaller ponies.

I also have a feeling that a Russian brokered peace initiative with Serbia, thereby winding down the crisis, would cause a lot of folks to hit the sell button, given the tradition that in times of war oil-related stocks are a good investment. Should there be a breakthrough over the weekend, I didn't want to be caught hitting the sell button Monday morning with everybody else, this after a Friday downfall.

Anybody else have any thoughts on what effect the winding down of the Balkan Crisis will have?

I don't know what's happening to me. I'm usually not this conservative! (LOL) I guess having been burned in the past, I'm a bit more careful as I move on down the road.

Linkdog--I didn't wanna pull the "nervous nellie" trigger just prior to the bell on Friday. I hung in there all day, hoping I wouldn't have to do that. But I did. My instincts told me Monday wasn't gonna be kind either. So, retrospective of today, it sure was a good move on my part. Now I'm buying back in cheaper with more money for more shares. Oh, I sloshed down more than enough pints of beer over the weekend to cover Friday's losses. Now looking for a Tuesday or Wednesday and beyond gain. Whose got prospects for what's coming up?
