The deal was done, effective April 15, 1999. The $90/share was tendered when stock was 70, but Allen's shares did not come from the retail sector. So it will not collapse. Everyone here is very high on GNET, because we love the management, SI, other attributes, and the possibilities. You must have watched Haines' bashing yesterday. (Believe me, he knows how we feel.)
