The competition between AOL and @HOME is very healthy for both companies and the industry. @HOME is driving as fast as it can (with T's help) to gain broadband access to as many homes as possible. Trying to become the choice for the future of the internet (broadband).

AOL, although very slow in the broadband area, is beginning to pick up steam. @HOME and cable will push AOL and DSL to a faster roll out. In the end, the consumers win with better products, lower prices, and more choices. We as stockholders win because the companies we own are not complacent. And we really win if we own both stocks... as I do!

Jay
