Apparently the 500sl (which is certainly $$) drives like a tractor. Thats what I have heard from a few people, its a very heavy car. Sure is beautiful though.

The S430, now on the market. Later this summer, the model will have a systemthatwarns of distances between the car and the vehicle in front. A car magazine I read a few months ago, in a dentist's office, rated the 540 and the GS400, with a very slight edge (.10) to the BMW, which, of course, is $5000 more (read following message to my original posting.) I don't know which magazine, because I don't follow cars.
