Tom, compared to WCAP, LGPL, and others, there's one better: PTEK

- & I owned WCAP & SHAL at lower levels & I fully understand thier potential; but I think PTEK's hidden "ipo assets" are totally overlooked; and have blockbuster potential.

- WebMD will be a super-hot ipo - will come out in early May; lead is Robinson Humphrey. Who is backing WebMD? None other than Dupont w/ $200 mill; and MSFT for $300 mill

- PTEK owns 12% of WebMD
- PTEK is solid. $444 mill of revenues in 1998
- sitting on $40 mill in cash & marketable securities
- addtl paid in cap is $562 mill

- on the operations front... alliances with SUNW (Sun Microsystems) & many of the major players.

- anyone - feel free to disagree. Thansk.
