Let's see, I was in Orlando from Tuesday through Saturday, did not visit the board at all. We are now approaching the finish of the fourth month of the year, only eight months left for a Y2K solution package to be in place. The US government is compliant, most banks are compliant, most major corporatations are compliant. It seems all we have left are the small companies, they also have a solution, buy a new computer. I have been telling you all along, this management (hard to call it that) team has no direction and no ability. Sowah has blown this opportunity. They are now going to try to get us off the Y2K thinking and on to some other hokey software solutions to bio medical research. They have no announcments to give, we have a good candidate for a write off at the end of the year.

Where are the earnings from the 1st quarter? With so little revenue it should not be hard to release the numbers.

Here are my predictions: (I hope I am wrong)

1. No earnings will be released,
2. Sowah will lead this company to bankruptcy
3. Somehow they are going to start talking about the future of this
new software and let the Y2K thing go.
4. The stock price will hold steady at about .01 until they start the
reverse split thing
5. We will have a good write off at the end of the year.

Here is my desire for the company:

1. Get rid of Sowah while our stock is still worth .03
2. There is no other hope for this company
