Geez, Frenchtoast, another ridiculous statement. What are you saying? That if Flodyie is wrong about the date these shares become free trading, that it means the dozens of other damaging facts and unanswered questions brought up by him and others become irrelevant? What kind of cult-member-penny-stock-sheep-brained logic is that!!??? You're grasping hold of anything you can and you are losing terribly. Better call Veritas and tell them to send in reinforcements. Anyway, enjoy the weekend genius. At least it's two days when you can't lose any more money. P.S. Do you keep your eyes closed when you type, too, or is it only when you're investing?

FG; I was thinking about sending you the following note, but thought it would be better to post it publically. Don't let it sway your opinions at all...because people are going to need up-ticks. Francois; Your paranoia is misplaced. The only conspiracy here is that of the ZSUN principals and their backers conspiring to seperate you from your money. As for the lock-up period, you have not discredited Flodyie at all. Perhaps you forgot my response... techstocks.com When ZSUN puts out a 8K and DEF14A relating to the acquisition, and the NT forms explaining why they were so late, can we accept Veritas IR's claim of a 1 year lockup. Until ZSUN proves otherwise, the standard 180 day lock-up period is what I am using to time the release of those shares. Where is your proof of a greater than normal lockup? (Veritas' word does not = proof, filings = proof) Your Market Maker Short Selling Hedge Fund collusion theory, does not hold water. I do not believe anyone on this board is being paid to publically post the facts about ZSUN. Its more of a public service thing. If ZSUN were legit, they would not have to worry about short sellers, as eventually the short-sellers would be proven incorrect If ZSUN is nothing but a SCAM, then they would be worried about truth seekers exposing them. Buyer Beware!
