I remember I read somewhere that UMG must reach a decision on or before May 6. Every where I read that seem to imply that AT&T's offer is superior and UMG will take it. Unless there is some conspiracy that UMG may have had with Comcast, for any practical purposes, UMG should take AT&T's offer and join a stronger partner.

Yes, the suspense is hard to put up with, especially for us who also bet our farm for ATHM. But I don't worry too much, even if in the worst case, UMG decides to go with Comcast, ATHM is still going to be very prosperous because it's in the right business at the right time.
